Now he volunteers at a private treatment center as an intake counselor.Ī fellow counselor stops by Robert's desk, telling him that his new intake has arrived. Another stint in rehab, regular sessions with a therapist, and a fresh start in a new city have helped him achieve almost two years of sobriety. But, he has since re-completed his steps.
